U.S. Mint Hip Pocketchange - 1998

Although it was never implemented due to budgetary issues, the U.S. Mint Hip Pocketchange site was slated to be an educational site for kids sponsored by the U.S. Mint. It was, however, quite an enjoyable project from a creative standpoint.
